Send your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. No location history is needed.
significantlocations@gmail.comOpen Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Significant Locations (the app in the list). Choose Always and turn on Precise Location. Open the app again to complete setup. This is separate from the similarly named option under System Services.
History begins after setup; earlier Apple Settings records cannot be imported. Check that Location Services, Always access, and Precise Location are enabled. Reopen the app if you’ve force-quit it. iOS controls when updates arrive, so new visits may take time to appear and some may be missed. Low Power Mode and system restrictions can affect recording.
The app may have recorded a location without being able to look up its address. Connect to the internet and reopen the app so it can retry the address lookup.
Choose a recorded place for a custom tab, such as Work. Review the visits, their durations, and the weekly summary. Arrival and departure times are estimates, so check them against your own records before submitting a timesheet.
With an active subscription, open the Timeline settings and look for the data export options. You can export your recorded history as CSV or JSON. Share exported files only with people or services you choose.
Use Restore Purchases on the app’s subscription screen while signed into the Apple Account used to subscribe. To change or cancel your plan, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Significant Locations. See Apple’s subscription help for more information.
Customers who bought the original paid app keep full history access without a subscription. If it isn’t recognized, restore purchases with the original Apple Account. If you still need help, contact support.
The current release requires iOS 26 or later. Check the App Store listing on your device for compatibility and availability.
